is that space where I am.
I simply am.
I totally and completely am.
I love me because I can be fun, kind, and playful like a child.
I also love me because I can be responsible, strong, and focused like an adult.
I love me because I'm an adult-like child!
I am involved in Flow Fests because I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends. I am drawn to this community in particular because of the dedication and passion that is demonstrated by the individuals of this community through their practice: the practice of mastering our bodies and minds to make space for free-flowing spirit.
... is the ideal space for growing both art and learning. When I am in the Flow state, I am limitless, and I can see the immediate fruits of my creative impulsivity. I am free to create, free to explore and discover the world for myself, directly, through the use of all my senses, and in a state of joyful play.
I love blending my creativity with my rebellious, resourceful and grounded intellect. I love being a ‘golden mandala of delight,’ a kid-whisperer, and a visionary woman. I love my feisty, juicy passionate heart, and I love that my willingness to generate joy inspires others to do the same!
I created Flow Fests to make flow arts accessible to all, to expand awareness of this unique cultural community and to encourage all people to play. I think play is essential to learning, flow is essential to play, and flow arts are a tool for expanding consciousness and improving vital well-being.
When I'm in my flow, it's like the music takes over, my movements are effortless, my next action seamless, and I feel it more than just when dancing. I live like this. If I want it then I do anything I can to get it, and what I really seek is joy! Feeling it, sharing it, spreading it, and that makes it really fun to be me. When the fruits of life are ripe for the picking then there is no reason to wait!
I am here to curate the content of the classes! Over my career I've seen communities thrive when given the right tools for success. Those who thirst for knowledge deserve access to quality educators, and I want you to have them!

What occurs when you find your flow? What I’ve noticed is that Flow seems to be a turning point for people, and for myself. There’s a form of surrender in the choice to go with the path of least resistance. This is associated with peace, ease, comfort, intimacy. While in the experience of Flow, you have a fresh new view- like a new-born baby: this moment has never happened before, it’s in the unknown and spontaneous and new possibilities emerge that you might never have seen or tapped into before. Flow can also be a gauge- you can have a condition of flow and you can use it to notice where you are in practice. Flow might not always be the same thing!
I appreciate my humorous mind and the way that I entertain myself, and I love learning things and sharing what I’ve learned. I love connecting and bringing more connection. I love the way I feel opening up conversation with people and engaging in my own inherent way of interaction, changing any typical interaction into something more interesting.
I think play is very important and is missing in education; it is critical that we teach play as an important part of life.

...is a passion and big love of mine: spreading joy, playfulness, and innocence is something that comes naturally to me.
I love to hoop, and belly dance. I have been dancing since I was little and have found it to be a beautiful way to create and spread love and joy.
My goal is to share and celebrate the acceptance, love, and freedom festivals like Flow Fest bring to the table and to touch the heart of many other people by creating a new, safe and unforgettable experience.
...is a wonderful phenomenon that has changed the way I look life. When utilizing one's own skills and resources and matching them with an appropriate level of challenge, regardless of the task or events taking place, the “flow-state" is reached. One will find themselves fully emerged within the activity they are engaging in, finding self-motivation and self-rewarding moments that help them find themselves and their passions, losing themselves in that moment where nothing else matters. This joyful feeling provides a genuine feeling of purpose, and that purpose trickles into inspiration for others when expressed publicly, to strangers and friends alike. My goal is to help people connect with their mind, body, and souls through flow arts; physical movement manipulating a prop through space, and showing them one avenue of finding flow, and applying this mindset to other areas in their life to create a feeling of purpose and fulfillment, also known as happiness.
I love to be active and feel like I am helping others in some way. I enjoy pushing the envelope of adventure through travel, extreme sports, extroverted activities such as festivals, and all kinds of music. I appreciate my ability to identify my goals and desires, and then pursue them without letting anything obstacles turn me the other way. I analyze life and try to be as intuitive, perceptive, efficient, and confident while making as many positive impacts on the world around me as possible.
My involvement in Flow Fests stems from the intersection of 3 aspects of my life: 1) my interest in exposing flow arts to the entire world to inspire and encourage physical activity, and promote physical and mental health, 2) my interests in traveling, and 3) my networking abilities/connections I have already made around the country in the Flow scene. I hope to inspire others to travel as much as they are willing and able, and to pursue their passions by being able to find alternative methods of “living" than they were previously conditioned through their life. Most of us are forced through some sort of structured lifestyle growing up, and I want to break the mold and show people they are able to conquer anything with the right mindset, resources, and community.
